Image via Wikipedia Low-cost airline Airphil Express announced a new promo that will officially start tomorrow. The new seat sale offers discounted fares to selected domestic destinations. The fares was slashed down to as low as 688 Pesos. The destinations available were all from Visayas and includes Manila to Tagbilaran and Caticlan. The travel period is February to April 2012.
